Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 week of them being placed.

 

1. Prices are calculated for each order and are determined by the package's destination, weight, and size.

2. If an order is returned as 'return to sender/undelivered', reshipment costs lie with the customer.

3. Please keep in mind that it is the customer's responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in the destination country. Please look out for any emails regarding customs once the order has been shipped (sometimes these can go to junk/spam).

• For shipping to the EU, orders under €145 inc. shipping will not incur VAT or customs charges.
• For shipping to the US, orders under $800 inc. shipping will not incur any customs charges.
