Refund policy
At Morphomerch, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise and you may need to return a product. This returns policy outlines our procedures for returning and exchanging items purchased on our website.
Return Requestsa
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost to you. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
If your package has not arrived after 25 days, or if the logistics status shows that it has been delivered but has not been received, and you are not located in a remote area, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, if it has been longer than 45 days, we may not be able to process your request.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to reasons such as size, color, or style, you may request a return and send the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed or used. Also, please be aware that you will be responsible for any International shipping costs associated with the return.
Customized Products
We offer customized products on Morphomerch. Please note that customized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. If you receive a customized item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
