What is the preparation and shipping time for products?

Preparation time for non -customized product is 1-7 business days, customized products is 7-15 business days.
Standard shipping time for different regions is as follows:
  • Americas: 7-20 business days
  • Europe: 10-25 business days
  • Oceania: 10-25 business days
  • Asia: 3-15 business days
  • Africa: 10-25 business days
Please note that these are estimated shipping times for non-remote areas and are for reference only. If your shipping time exceeds 30 business days, please contact us immediately.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

Typically, shipping to non-remote areas takes up to 30 days. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment. Please note that if you contact us after 50 days from the shipping date, we will not be able to offer any assistance.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please take photos of the damaged item and email them to hello@morphomerch.com along with your order number as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

How do I check my order status?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been placed successfully. If you have not received this email, your order may not have been successfully placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your package on our website by the 'tracking' on menu.

How do I cancel my order?

Please cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@morphomerch.com with "Cancel No. [your order number]" as the subject.
